Signal Rallies Past Polk County 28-18

 Polk County scored first and led 18-13 at the half Friday night at Signal Mountain but the Eagles would score 21 unanswered points int he second half to earn the 28-18 win.

Polk County's Zach Miller ran for 125 yards on 15 carries.  Robert Turner finished with 82 yards on 16 carries.

Signal Mountain's leading rusher was quarterback Reese Phillips who had 43 yards on 13 carries. 

Polk County quarterback Josh Silas passed completed just two passes but they accounted for 122 yards and one touchdown. 

Signal's Phillips was 21 of 32 for 156 yards with one passing touchdown and two on the ground.

Signal improves to 5-3 and Polk falls to 5-2.

White Shoots 64 For Lead In Signal Mountain Golf

With help from a hole-in-one, Davin White shot a 7-under 64 on Saturday and took the lead in the Signal Mountain Invitational at the Signal Mountain Golf and Country Club. A Chattanooga man was stabbed to death after an argument on Friday night.
