Bettie J. Turner, 70, died on Monday, October 29, 2012 in Chattanooga. 

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Second Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.

The town council of Signal Mountain is dealing with a traffic problem caused by increased traffic to and from Signal Mountain Middle High School and Nolan Elementary.
