April Agee, 34, of 101 East Church Street, Kingston, TN was arrested October 25 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Shaynah Gaddis, 22, of 52 Hunter Circle, Rossville was arrested October 25 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Robert Baggett, 32, of 14937 Railroad Street, Sale Creek, TN was arrested October 25 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and expired registration.

Garrett Breazeale, 17, of 213 Hays Street Apt. 35, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 25 on charges of possession of marijuana and shoplifting.

Kimberly Duff, 45, of 168 Fairlane Drive, Rossville was arrested October 26 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Travis Kammerer, 18, of 57 Playhouse Drive, Ringgold was arrested October 26 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Neisha Carnes, 38, of 811 North Moore Road, Chattanooga was arrested October 26 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Michael Perry, 31, of 420 County Road 750, Athens, TN was arrested October 26 on charges of speeding, driving while license suspended/revoked and child safety seat.

Michael Boyd, 34, of 667 Courtney Lane Apt. B, Chattanooga was arrested October 27 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to obey traffic control device.

Alan Tucker, 53, of 633 Graysville Road, Ringgold was arrested October 27 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Matthew Thomas, 20, of 167 Fox Trot Trail, Ringgold was arrested October 27 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, underage consumption and driving without license on person.

Joseph Deberry, 40, of 293 Bent Tree Drive, Ringgold was arrested October 27 on charges of speeding and disorderly conduct.

Roger Johnson, 51, of 1910 Clematis Drive, Hixson was arrested October 28 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, open container, driving while license suspended/revoked, and following too closely.

Terrie Haynes, 39, of 1910 Clematis Drive, Hixson was arrested October 28 on a charge of pedestrian under the influence.

Terry Bowling, 39, of 155 South Wooten Road, Ringgold was arrested October 28 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, headlight requirements and failure to apply for a new license within 60 days.

Kyle Branan, 24, of 154 Tanya Drive, NE, Milledgeville, GA was arrested October 28 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Carla Combs, 30, of 89 Lazy Lane, Ringgold was arrested October 29 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Sarah Scholtz, 28, of 87 Lazy Lane, Ringgold was arrested October 29 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Rondald Lowery, 29, of 302 Ridgewood Drive, Chickamauga was arrested October 29 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

David Martin, 52, of 913 Stateline Road, East Ridge was arrested October 30 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act, drugs not in original container and failure to maintain lane.

Chris McCormick, 20, of 1878 Colbert Hollow Road, Rock Spring was arrested October 30 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Jamey Walker, 45, of 16 Home Place Road, Rossville was arrested October 31 on a charge of shoplifting.

Aaron Cunningham, 30, of 5346 Ringgold Road, East Ridge was arrested October 31 on a charge of shoplifting.

Spencer Poteet, 34, of 197 South Center Street, Rossville was arrested October 31 on a charge of driving on suspended license.

Keith Silva, 38, of 4605 Loftwood Drive, Cohutta was arrested October 31 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Annette Grant, 48, of 210 Norris Circle, Tunnel Hill was arrested November 1 on a charge of failure to appear on a shoplifting charge.

Brandon Seib, 29, of 38 McBride Drive, Chickamauga was arrested November 1 on a probation violation.

Police Blotter: Intruder Tries To Get In Bank On E. 48th Street; Name Calling On Cleveland Avenue

An intruder tried to get in the SunTrust Bank branch at 2801 E. 48th St. A large glass pane leading into the bank was smashed, but it held. There was a blow to the glass high up on it, and it splintered and cracked. Location Of The Delta Queen Is The Problem

The Delta Queen is a magnificent part of history and in many ways I'm pleased she is in town. Having the boat where she is is the problem.
