Elsie L. Hall, 93, of Hixson died on November 10, 2012, at a local health care facility.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow the service at Dodds Cemetery. 

Family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 12, at the funeral home.

City May Make It Easier For Food Trucks To Operate In Chattanooga
