Richard Lee Baltimore, 49, of Resaca, GA, died Saturday morning, November 10, 2012 at the Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA. 

Richard was born March 22, 1963 in Michigan City, IN, a son of the late Vernon and Florence Koch Baltimore; and was also preceded in death by his brother, David Baltimore; and sister, Becky Baltimore. 

He is survived by his sons, Brandon Bowman of Shelbyville, KY and Kenneth Baltimore of New York; brothers, Tom Baltimore of Resaca and John Baltimore of Kentucky; sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen and Jim Cox of Michigan City, IN, Linda Edwards of Dalton, Cindy and Mike Carroll of Georgetown, KY and Susan and Vernon Smith of Calhoun; grandson, Gavan Bowman; and several nieces and nephews. 

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Richard Lee Baltimore will be held Monday, November, 12, at 1 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Scott Parrish officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends from 1-1 p.m. Monday, November 12 at Ponders Melrose Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.

Child, 23 Months, Found Dead In Crib With Fentanyl Patch On Back; Death Ruled Homicide

A 23-month-old Chattanooga boy has been found dead in his crib with a Fentanyl patch on his back. The death of Demarcus Bryant at 7655 Borris Dr. last month was ruled a homicide.
