Nathaniel “Duke” McGowan, 64, died in a local hospital on November 9, 2012. 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at noon at The Rose of Sharon Baptist Church. Interment: Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
