Main Street Bike Co-op Has Open House Tuesday

The Main Street Bike Co-op will have an open house on Tuesday, at the St. Andrews Center, 1918 Union Ave., from 7-9 p.m. 

Organizers said, "We have achieved some important milestones this year for organizational growth and we are excited about our 2013 programs. We know that our growth is made possible by the support of friends and want to take some time to thank them, celebrate our achievements together, and share with our plans for next year. Meet our board members, clients, and volunteers and enjoy some demonstrations of our programs.

3 Acres Donated For Extension Of South Chickamauga Creek Greenway

Three acres in two tracts is being transferred from the Trust for Public Land to the city for the extension of the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway. The Adams Tracts are located by the creek near Youngstown Road. The greenway currently stops nearby. Pet Dog Dies In Trailer Fire Near Signal Mountain Road

A pet dog died in a trailer fire off Signal Mountain Road on Wednesday night.   Chattanooga firefighters responded to a structure fire around  9:30 p.m.  in a mobile home park at 174 Bledsoe Terrace. Fingerprint Evidence Leads To Arrest Of Antonio Patton Is Armed Robbery Of Store On Bonny Oaks Drive

Fingerprint evidence has led to the arrest of Antonio Preze Patton for the robbery of a store on Bonny Oaks Drive last Dec. 2. Patton, 27, of 2829 5th Ave., is charged with aggravated robbery.
