Jack T. Berry, 81, of Ringgold, Georgia, died on Monday November 12, 2012. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, at the funeral home with Chaplain Ben Brychta officiating. Interment will follow at Lyerly Cemetery in Lyerly, Ga. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel, Ringgold.
