Soddy Daisy Baseball Team Hosts Breakfast With Santa Dec. 1

The Soddy Daisy baseball team is hosting a pancake breakfast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 1. 

There will also be over 30 booths of homemade items as well as many popular companies.   

All proceeds go to help fund the 2012–2013 Soddy Daisy High School baseball season.

The Holiday Market will be from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Breakfast will be served from 8:30–11:30 a.m.
Cost is $5 each, pre–purchase from a baseball player, or $7 each at the door.  The cost of breakfast includes a free 4x6 picture with Santa.

THP Graduates 31 New State Troopers; Haslam Delivers Keynote Address

Governor Bill Haslam served as the keynote speaker for the Tennessee Highway Patrol’s graduation ceremony at the Hermitage Hills Baptist Church in Nashville on Friday. Signal Mountain Man Charged In Traffic Death Of Tunnel Hill Woman, 28

Authorities said a Signal Mountain man was driving when his vehicle struck and killed a woman walking along a road at Ringgold, Ga., on Thursday night. Tyler Alexander Lemley, 20, was charged with DUI. Other charges are pending. Chattanooga Woman Sues Over Treatment Of Disabled Daughter At Memphis Airport Security Checkpoint

A Chattanooga woman has filed suit, alleging that her disabled daughter was roughed up by airport police and Transportation Security Administration personnel at the Memphis Airport.
