Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Nov. 9-15. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,628 calls. 70 were booked on a total of 146 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,628 calls, the following felony arrests were made. 

Debbie Louise Brown, age 45, of Dodds Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 09, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Aggravated Assault on Police Officer. No bond has been set. Brown remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Lynn Forster Jr., age 22, of 3676 Mt Pisgah Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 09, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Forster remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Lashelle Malone, age 26, of 509 Autumn Dale Drive Gallatin, TN was arrested November 09, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Malone remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John David Pickard, age 33, of Homeless, was arrested November 09, 2012 for Entering Auto, Bond Surrenders for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Bond has been set at $13,000. Pickard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Wayne Pope, age 44, of 155 Shawnee Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested November 10, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Pope remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Russell Claude Stevens, age 43, of 95 Humming Bird Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested November 10, 2012 for two counts of Probation Violation, Hold for Parole, Hold for Whitfield County and Hold for Clayton County. No bond has been set. Stevens remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Elaina Danielle Stowe, age 34, of 810 Indian Springs Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 10, 2012 for Probation Violation and a Bench Warrant for Driving on Suspended License, Speeding and Open Container. No bond has been set. Stowe remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Jacob Henegar, age 17, of 358 Hwy 151 Lafayette, GA was arrested November 11, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Henegar was released on $5,000 bond.

Cherish Rebekah Townsend, age 20, of 358 Hwy 151 Lafayette, GA was arrested November 11, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $5,000. Townsend remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Daniel Berry, age 28, of 102 Dove Lane Lafayette, GA was arrested November 12, 2012 for Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Berry was released on $5,000 bond.

Michael Carl Williams, age 48, of 4927 Planters Way Flowery Branch, GA was arrested November 12, 2012 for two counts of Financial Identity Fraud. Williams was released on $10,000 bond.

John James Elleman, age 28, of 127 Ridgecrest Circle Rossville, GA was arrested November 13, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Elleman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ronald Lee Hicks, age 26, of 33 Morning Dove Rock Springs, GA was arrested November 13, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hicks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Douglas Pursley, age 19, of 34 Wild Flower Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested November 13, 2012 for Rape, two counts of Aggravated Child Molestation, two counts of Child Molestation, Aggravated Sexual Battery, False Imprisonment, Statutory Rape, Cruelty to Children 1st Degree, Incest and Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Pursley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Keith Paul Silva, age 38, of 86 Kenneth Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested November 13, 2012 for Burglary 1st Degree and a Bond Surrender for Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $7,500. Silva remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Eric Matthew Wells, age 28, of 105 Deal Road Chatsworth, GA was arrested November 13, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Wells remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kenneth Robert Adams, age 52, of 3226 Weatheimer Drive Huntsville, AL was arrested November 14, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Adams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christian James Austin, age 25, of 6606 Shirley Pond Road Harrison, TN was arrested November 14, 2012 for Bond Surrender for two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $10,000. Austin remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Susan Elaine Henegar, age 45, of 107 Hill Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested November 14, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Henegar remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Mitchell Cooper James, age 19, of 409 A Ross Street Rossville, GA was arrested November 14, 2012 for Terroristic Threats and Acts and Battery (FVA).  Bond has been set at $5,000. James remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Alexander Blake Austin, age 30, of 313 N Spencer Street Dalton, GA was arrested November 15, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Austin remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Barron Antonio Farmer, age 34, of 115 Williams Avenue Flintstone, GA was arrested November 15, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and three counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers. No bond has been set. Farmer remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jason Thomas Hornsby, age 36, of 6220 Shallowford Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 15, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. Hornsby was released on $12,500 bond.

Brandi Rose Moore, age 25, of 253 Blevins Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested November 15, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and a Bench Warrant for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Justin Andrew Tate, age 26, of 567 Short Hollow South Pittsburg, TN was arrested November 15, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Tate remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Doyle Lamar Wimpy, age 62, of 121 Fletcher Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested November 15, 2012 for Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. Wimpy was released on $5,000 bond.
