April Michelle Bailey, age 33, of 15187 Rawkin Avenue Dunlap, TN was arrested October 26, 2012 for Terroristic Threats and Acts.
Bailey was released on $5,000 bond.
Roy Lee Galloway Jr., age 30, of 27 Oak Court Rossville, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Galloway remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Justin Kyle Hawk, age 23, of 1830 Fant Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Parole Violation, Seatbelt Violation and Hold for Dade County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Hawk remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Billy Lee Hayes, age 31, of 146 Bill Stewart Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Hayes was released on $7,500 bond.
