Sheriff Phil Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,680 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

April Michelle Bailey, age 33, of 15187 Rawkin Avenue Dunlap, TN was arrested October 26, 2012 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Bailey was released on $5,000 bond.

 

Roy Lee Galloway Jr., age 30, of 27 Oak Court Rossville, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Galloway remains incarcerated at CCDC.

 

Justin Kyle Hawk, age 23, of 1830 Fant Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Parole Violation, Seatbelt Violation and Hold for Dade County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Hawk remains incarcerated at CCDC.

 

Billy Lee Hayes, age 31, of 146 Bill Stewart Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Hayes was released on $7,500 bond.

 

Kimberly Lynn Rushing, age 40, of 1920 E 31^st Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 26, 2012 for Sale of Schedule II Drugs and Sale of Schedule IV Drugs. No bond has been set. Rushing remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Andy Goodwin Clark, age 38, of 100 Vice Lane Blountsville, AL was arrested October 27, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Clark remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Maranda Nicole Fowler, age 31, of 1415 Chadwick Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Burglary 1^st Degree. Fowler was released on $10,000 bond.

Tina Marie Mosteller, age 32, of 282 Ardis Loop Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Burglary 1^st Degree. Mosteller was released on $10,000 bond.

Billy Joe Nichols, age 38, of 63 McLemore Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for two counts of Aggravated Child Molestation and two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery. No bond has been set. Nichols remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brad Harold Pickard, age 36, of 129 Clydesdale Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Probation Violation and Driving without Valid License. No bond has been set. Pickard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jackie Monroe Seay Jr., age 28 of 1415 Chadwick Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault, Burglary 1^st Degree and Terroristic Threats and Acts. Seay was released on $15,000 bond.

Thomas Andrew Seay, age 31 of 1415 Chadwick Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Burglary 1^st Degree Seay was released on $10,000 bond.

Mary Elizabeth Ford, age 28, of 431 Misty Ridge Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 28, 2012 for five counts of Forgery 1^st Degree. Ford was released on $17,500 bond.
