Sheriff Phil Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,680 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

April Michelle Bailey, age 33, of 15187 Rawkin Avenue Dunlap, TN was arrested October 26, 2012 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Bailey was released on $5,000 bond.

 

Roy Lee Galloway Jr., age 30, of 27 Oak Court Rossville, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Galloway remains incarcerated at CCDC.

 

Justin Kyle Hawk, age 23, of 1830 Fant Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Parole Violation, Seatbelt Violation and Hold for Dade County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Hawk remains incarcerated at CCDC.

 

Billy Lee Hayes, age 31, of 146 Bill Stewart Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 26, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Hayes was released on $7,500 bond.

 

Kimberly Lynn Rushing, age 40, of 1920 E 31st Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 26, 2012 for Sale of Schedule II Drugs and Sale of Schedule IV Drugs. No bond has been set. Rushing remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Andy Goodwin Clark, age 38, of 100 Vice Lane Blountsville, AL was arrested October 27, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Clark remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Maranda Nicole Fowler, age 31, of 1415 Chadwick Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Burglary 1st Degree. Fowler was released on $10,000 bond.

Tina Marie Mosteller, age 32, of 282 Ardis Loop Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Burglary 1st Degree. Mosteller was released on $10,000 bond.

Billy Joe Nichols, age 38, of 63 McLemore Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for two counts of Aggravated Child Molestation and two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery. No bond has been set. Nichols remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brad Harold Pickard, age 36, of 129 Clydesdale Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Probation Violation and Driving without Valid License. No bond has been set. Pickard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jackie Monroe Seay Jr., age 28 of 1415 Chadwick Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault, Burglary 1st Degree and Terroristic Threats and Acts. Seay was released on $15,000 bond.

Thomas Andrew Seay, age 31 of 1415 Chadwick Drive Dalton, GA was arrested October 27, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Burglary 1st Degree Seay was released on $10,000 bond.

Mary Elizabeth Ford, age 28, of 431 Misty Ridge Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 28, 2012 for five counts of Forgery 1st Degree. Ford was released on $17,500 bond.

 

Cecylia Renee Bartlett, age 39, of 95291 Bershire Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 29, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Bartlett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ronnie Dale Crouch, age 32, of 4103 Woodland Drive Ooltewah, TN was arrested October 29, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Crouch remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Justin Daniel Hostetler, age 37, of 380 Martin Luther King Blvd Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 29, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hostetler remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Keith Williams, age 26, of 5 Steele Street Lafayette, GA was arrested October 29, 2012 for Manufacturing Marijuana and Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers. Williams was released on $6,000 bond.

Curtis Edward Hammontree, age 32, of 354 Massengale Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 30, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hammontree remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Scott Martin, age 52, of 913 State Line Road East Ridge, TN was arrested October 30, 2012 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Weaving. Bond has been set at $10,000. Martin remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ruben Vaughn Satterfield, age 23, of 326 Flagstone Drive Rossville, GA was arrested October 30, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Satterfield remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bobby Eugene Gardner, age 60, of 248 Misty Meadow Drive South Pittsburg, TN was arrested October 31, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Issuance of Bad Checks. No bond has been set. Gardner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Keith Paul Silva, age 38, of 4605 Loftwood Drive Cohutta, GA was arrested October 31, 2012 for Theft by Shoplifting. Silva was released on $2,500 bond.

Lewis Clark Snider, age 43, of 18 Bright Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 31, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Snider remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Sheena Rashay Smith, age 29, of 164 Shawnce Drive Dayton, TN was arrested November 01, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Speeding. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Theodore Jablonski, 34, Arrested for Armed Robbery Saturday Morning

Theodore Jablonski, 34, was arrested on several charges Saturday morning.    Chattanooga Police responded around 11 a.m. to a home invasion at the 5500 block of Clear Creek Road.
