Hixson Developer's Statements Not True On Meeting With Neighborhood Association

Friday, November 02, 2012

My name is Sue S. Mickel and as president of the North Hixson Neighborhood Association I want to say that the comment made about meetings with our association were not true.

The NHNA has never had a meeting with the Scenic Land Company.

In addition, in the handout entitled Chattanooga Village dated November 1, 2012 under #1 Primary Reasons to Grant Rezoning Request; #7 states that the Scenic Land Company held "multiple" meetings during the summer and fall of 2012 with the North Hixson Neighborhood Association. That is absolutely not true.
