Leroy  Buffington, 74,  of  LaFayette, GA,  died  Friday  November  2,  2012  at  his  home.


He was preceded  in  death  by  his  parents, Martin  and  Annie  Adams  Buffington; and  brother, James  Willard  Buffington.


He is survived  by  a  daughter, Pamela  Starr  Dobbins,  Chattanooga; sons,  Marvin  L.  Buffington,Jr.  LaFayette and Anthony  Buffington,  LaFayette;  four  grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.


Funeral  will be from  the  Wallis  Memorial  Chapel   Sunday, November 4  at  7 p.m.,  conducted  by  Rev.  Gene  Wallin. Pallbearers  are  Shane  Greene,  Robert  Sid  Adams,  Chuckie  Frashier,   Richard  Stoker,  James  A.  Elrod and Jason  Jackson. Honorary  pallbearers  are  Ford  Adams and  Brice  Buffington.


Interment will be  Monday, November 5  at  2 p.m..  in  LaFayette  Memory  Garden.


The  family  will  receive  friends  Sunday, November 4 from 12-7 p.m. at the  Wallis-Wilbanks  Funeral  Home  of  LaFayette, who has charge of the arrangements.
