Frances Abigayle Roller Carter died on Friday, November 2, 2012.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, at The Grove (Walnut Grove Church), located at Rhea County Highway and Walnut Grove Church Road, with Rev. Jimmy Jewell officiating.  A dinner and fellowship will follow at Dayton Church of Christ.

Arrangements are by Covenant Funeral & Cremation Service, Crox family owned and operated.

A fisherman spotted a body floating in the Tennessee River early Wednesday morning.
