Martha Ann Johnson, 82, of Harrison, died at her home on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, Nov. 8, from 4-8 p.m. and 10-11 a.m. on Friday in Greenwood Baptist Church to share memories and condolences.  The Reverends Toby Brogden and James Vaughn will conduct the service at 11 a.m. in the church.

Interment will be held in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Covenant Funeral & Cremation Service, Crox family owned and operated.

Hazel Marie Sedman, 92, died peacefully on Monday morning.     She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Margaret Fisher Sedman and her sister, Nellie Jean Sedman. Howard Simmons, 47, Shot And Killed In St. Elmo Monday Morning; Police Interview Person Of Interest

Howard Simmons, 47, was shot and killed in St. Elmo Monday morning. Police said they had interviewed a person of interest in the slaying. Chattanooga Police at 8:30 a.m. responded to a person shot at the 5000 block of Florida Ave. Upon police arrival the victim, Simmons, had already succumbed to his injuries.
