NAACP Has Membership Meeting And Branch Elections Tuesday

The General Membership meeting of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County NAACP will be held at Glenwood Recreation Center, 2610 E 3rd St., on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.  

For those interested in additional information on the NAACP, please plan to attend.   

All bonafide members are asked to attend and vote for the 2013-2014 officers and executive committee membership.   The Chattanooga-Hamilton County NAACP will elect branch officers and at-large members of the executive committee on Tuesday. 

In order to qualify for the purpose of running for office, participants must be a member in good standing.  A member in good standing means that the person must be a bona fide member of the branch by April 1 and must live and/or work within the branch jurisdiction.
