Ruby Ann Holt, 69, of East Ridge, died at her home surrounded by her loving family.

A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 12, at the City Church, 7122 Lee Highway, with the Reverend Ernie Reno officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home and then beginning at 2 p.m. on Monday at the City Church and a reception will follow the service.

Arrangements are by Turner Funeral Home, Inc., Highway 58 Chapel, 622-3171.

Rogers, 20, Shot Twice While Standing On His Porch

A 20-year-old man was shot twice while standing on his porch on Monday night. At approximately 8:44 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a shooting that occurred in the 1900 block of Walker Street.
