Louise Ellen Ulrich-Seamans, 71, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 in a Chattanooga health care facility. 

She was a lifelong resident of Middletown, NY, until her recent move to Cleveland. She was a member of Springplace Church of God. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Maude Burns Cherry; her first husband, William James Ulrich Jr.; daughter, Jeannie Louise Ulrich-Garlinghouse; two sisters, Joan Ellison and Linda Rosada; and one brother, James Cherry. 

She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Hock and husband Scott of Cleveland, Joannie Bailey and husband Daniel of Cleveland and Lori Ulrich-Kalata of Las Vegas, NV; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 17, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Washburn officiating. 

Her family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Monday, December 17 at the Ralph Buckner Funeral Home who has charge of the arrangements.
