Ethel Irene Curren, 79, of Hixson, died on Friday, December 14, 2012. 

Irene lived in Hixson since 1977 and was of the Baptist faith. She loved to decorate and arrange flowers and enjoyed playing cards. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, T.R. Cash and Earline Hickman; brothers, Milton Cash and Billy Cash; sister, Doris Cross and daughters, Brenda Joyce Hill and Bonnie Jean Delarosa.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Percy “Bobby” Curren; daughters, Debra Kay (Trewitt) Sneed and Peggy Linn (Steven) Sipusich son, Tony (Tara D.) Delarosa; sister, Francis Sarto; grandchildren, Christine Kiebler, William Hill, Jr., Monica Kempke, Robert Arciniega, Christopher Hernandez and Olivia Delarosa and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be on Monday, Dec. 17, at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend J.D. Gibson officiating.
