Jeanine Ahrens Petersen, 83, of Signal Mountain and formerly of Oneonta, New York, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2012 in a local health care facility.

She was the widow of Donald A. Petersen.

Survivors include her children, James Petersen, Eric Petersen, Catherine (David) Collins and Christian (Rhonda) Petersen; grandchildren, Nora and Evan Collins, Gregory Griffith and Emily Petersen.
