Martha Ramey, 95, lifelong resident of Hamilton County, died on Saturday, December 29, 2012.
She was a member of Joy Baptist Tabernacle. Mrs. Ramey retired from Standard Coosa-Thatcher after 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Woodrow Ramey; and an infant son, Billy Joe Ramey.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Mary Ramey; niece, Virginia Goodwin; and nephew, Neal Bettis.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2, in Bald Hill Cemetery, Birchwood.
Visitation is from 12-2 p.m. on Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
