Catoosa County Arrest Report for Feb. 3-8

During the week of Feb. 3-8, officers and detectives answered 1,501 calls, according to Sheriff Phil Summers of the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. 56 were booked on a total of 92 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,501 calls, the following felony arrests were made. 

Travis Justin Boyd, age 25, of 163 Gem Drive Rossville, GA was arrested February 04, 2012 for Manufacturing an Explosive Device. Bond has been set at $2,500. Boyd remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Shawncey Letrell Smith, age 28, of 6305 Fryar Tuck Drive Huntsville, AL was arrested February 04, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Emilio Calab Sanchez, age 22, of 4617 Oakdale Road Atlanta, GA was arrested February 05, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Sanchez remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Joshua Judea Zipperer, age 23, of 307 American Blvd. Rossville, GA was arrested February 05, 2012 for a Probation Violation and Battery (FVA). No bond has been set. Zipperer remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Larry Lamar Brackett, age 28, of 101 Candra Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested February 06, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Brackett remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Larry Franklin Forester, age 23, of 15833 Coulterville Road Sale Creek, TN was arrested February 07, 2012 for Terroristic Threats and Acts and Reckless Conduct Causing Harm to or Endangering the Safety of Another. Forester was released on $5,000 bond. 

William Joel Landrum, age 31, of 140 National Blvd. Rossville, GA was arrested February 07, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Landrum remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Kristi Dawn Walker, age 40, of 26 Morrow Lane Rossville, GA was arrested February 08, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Walker remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Girl Found Dead On Porch Was 14

The girl who was found dead on a porch on 12th Avenue on Monday was 14 years old. Funeral services are pending for Chelsea Smith Hayes, who police say was killed on Sunday and whose body was then placed on the porch.
