Local gospel group B-4 Dawn is offering a concert to benefit the ministries of St. Andrews Center on Sunday at 4 p.m. The concert will take place in the center’s sanctuary at 1918 Union Ave. in Highland Park. Attendees will park in the back of the building. Admission is free; and a love offering will be received.
The group is led by Willie Kitchens, the director of praise music at Christ United Methodist Church. For the St. Andrews performance, the attendees should expect a lively praise service with many gospel favorites.
“We are incredibly blessed B-4 Dawn has offered to do this concert for us,” said Kristi Strode, executive director of St. Andrews Center. “The proceeds from the concert will help us continue the vital ministries we are performing in the inner city with our Arts Academy and the Food and Faith Initiative.
