"We feel it is important to have a professional office environment and to show a commitment to establish RSU Contractors in the community," said Mark Williams, president of franchise and business development. "Our clients like the fact that we have an office at the base of Signal Mountain and, while we visit most clients in their home or office, we also actually have walk-in customers.

"

Daniel Carter, of Jasper, Tn., and one of the investors of the local franchise, said,  "I am well aware of the business climate and opportunities here in Chattanooga. After going through a not-so-good experience with my own property I recognized the value RSU Contractors brings to the customer. RSU provides a proven process, a brand, training and on-going support. I just had them work at my home repairing mistakes that occurred during the initial construction by others."

Brad Wardlaw, a local contractor, realtor and businessman from Hixson, joins the company as the operations manager.

"RSU Contractors gives me established systems, procedures, technology and resources," said Mr. Wardlaw. "By joining forces with RSU, I can best utilize my knowledge and experience to deliver high quality professional service to the customer. My experience as a local contractor and in real estate gives me extensive knowledge of the market. With our office located at the base of Signal Mountain we can easily serve the entire Chattanooga area."

RSU Contractors specializes in all types of remodeling and renovations, including additions, accessory structures, kitchens, baths, whole-house remodels and commercial projects. The company also offers a comprehensive home maintenance program. RSU is offering a number of special promotions to help introduce the company to Chattanooga residents and business owners.

"We invite you to try us out with these special offers. We are so confident that you will be pleased with our professional service that we will become your preferred contractor and a trusted advisor," said Mr. Wardlaw. "Everyone has a list of repairs, remodels and maintenance items. Use the Contractor for-a-Day special and get some of these jobs done."

"We have taken our 30 year business model and developed a unique opportunity," said Mr. Williams. "Our focus is to deliver high quality work by qualified professionals. At RSU we attract some of the best talent and the company operations is supported by a process driven software program called the Command Center."

Besides Chattanooga, RSU Contractors currently has operations in Franklin, Brentwood and Murfreesboro and serves parts of Davidson County. "We are looking for quality-minded professionals to open operations in other communities," said Mr. Williams.
