Ultimate Tea Party Muscle Car Roars Into Chattanooga Saturday

Wednesday, February 22, 2012

The Tea Party Pace Car roars into Chattanooga for the Chattanooga Tea Party Liberty Forum this Saturday, featuring "a great lineup of conservative candidates, including Senator Rick Santorum."

The Pace Car is a 2010 Dodge Viper ACR, the last of the American-made muscle cars to roll off Detroit's assembly line.

Brendan Jennings of the local Tea Party said, "One of the fastest production cars in the world, this Viper leads the field in the race to restore the Essential Liberty enshrined in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

It promotes both the Tea Party movement and the Essential Liberty Project.

"The Tea Party Pace Car is a fitting symbol of All-American muscle, made in the U.S.A. The Viper has twice claimed the all-time fastest lap records at the world’s most formidable test track -Nürburgring in Germany, considered the toughest, most dangerous and most demanding purpose-built racing circuit in the world. The Viper's most recent time was 7:12.13."

The Tea Party rally will be at Abba's House, 5208 Hixson Pike in Hixson.

Attendees are invited to bring non-perishable food for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Marked bins will be available throughout the event location to drop off food donations.
