Catoosa County Arrest Report For Jan. 27-Feb. 2

During the week of Jan. 27-Feb. 2, officers and detectives answered 1,340 calls, according to Sheriff Phil Summers of the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. 62 were booked on a total of 136 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,340 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Jennifer Johnson Ellison, age 50, of 277 Mitchell Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 27, 2012 for two counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime of Distribution of Schedule II Drugs and four counts of Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. No bond has been set. Ellison remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kaeli Waymon Ellison, age 21, of 277 Mitchell Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 27, 2012 for two counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime of Distribution of Schedule II Drugs and three counts of Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. No bond has been set. Ellison remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Justin Paul Hera, age 23, of 236 Colony Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 27, 2012 for three counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime of Distribution of Schedule II Drugs and two counts of Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. No bond has been set. Hera remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Auner Eliazar Landaverde, age 22, of 4162 Singtree Place Norcross, GA was arrested January 27, 2012 for two counts of Criminal Attempt – Aggravated Child Molestation and two counts of Computer Pornography. Bond has been set at $30,000. Landaverde remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Marcus Antonio Marin, age 19, of 118 Kailors Cove Ringgold, GA was arrested January 27, 2012 for Entering an Auto. Marin was sentenced to probation and released.

Brittany Derie Baker, age 21, of 1507 Hickory Valley Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 28, 2012 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State and a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Baker remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Johnny Balkman Burns, age 43, of 379 Villinow Mill Creek LaFayette, GA was arrested January 28, 2012 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License, Probation Violation and a Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Burns remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Benjamin Lee Chester, age 40, of 115 Hickory Valley Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 28, 2012 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects and Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz.  Bond has been set at $14,500. Chester remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dany Vorachack, age 21, of 12 Cooper Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 28, 2012 for Possession of Marijuana for Sale or Distribution, Possession of Marijuana More Than 1 oz. and Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officer. Vorachack was released on $16,000 bond.

Daniel Lee Capes, age 25, of 219 Hollywood Drive Rossville, GA was arrested January 30, 2012 for Aggravated Battery (FVA), Terroristic Threats and Acts (FVA) and two counts of Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. Capes was released on $14,000 bond.

Benny Paul Cochran Jr., age 28, of 8 Wing Foot Trail Cartersville, GA was arrested January 30, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Cochran remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Cody Duane Martin, age 19, of 4156 Hwy 225 N Chatsworth, GA was arrested January 30, 2012 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude and Hold for Dalton Police Department. Martin was released on $7,500 bond.

Ronald Lenard Robinson, age 37, of 5624 Saint Mary Road Columbus, GA was arrested January 30, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and a Hold for Federal Correctional Institution. No bond has been set. Robinson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Timothy Alan Sosebee, age 47, of 2202 Ridgeway Road Trion, GA was arrested January 30, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Sosebee remains incarcerated at CCDC.

George Andrel Drumea, age 27, of 232 Ashton Lake Court Sugar Hill, GA was arrested January 31, 2012 for two counts of Criminal Attempt – Aggravated Child Molestation, two counts of Computer Pornography and Possession of a Firearm or Knife while trying to Commit a Crime. No bond has been set. Drumea remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Kenneth Hanson, age 36, of 301 Corey Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 31, 2012 for Sexual Exploitation of a Child. Bond has been set at $5,000. Hanson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Charles Arthur Kyle, age 41, of 3654 Wachula Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 31, 2012 for two counts of Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Financial Transaction Card Fraud and Identity Fraud. No bond has been set. Kyle remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Phillip Lamar Rockholt, age 45, of 155 Summit Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested February 01, 2012 for a Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Rockholt remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Andy Anchondo, age 25, of 619 Colony Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested February 02, 2012 for Interference with Government Property and Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Anchondo remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Casey Jedediah Brown, age 31, of 65 Alex Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested February 02, 2012 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. No bond has been set. Brown remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Samantha Dianne Floyd, age 27, of 1836 South Prairie Road Hixson, TN was arrested February 02, 2012 for two counts of Aggravated Assault and two counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts. No bond has been set. Floyd remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Rhonda Marie Hood, age 44, of 12595 Hwy 41 Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested February 02, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hood remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Car Shears Off Bottom Of Power Pole; Vehicle Lands On Top

A car went out of control on Highway 27 Tuesday night and wound up shearing off the bottom of a power pole. The vehicle wound up on its top in the incident about 6 p.m. The male driver was going north and was the only occupant of the car. He was taken by ambulance to Erlanger Hospital by Hamilton County EMS. The Soddy Daisy Police Department is investigating. (click for more)

Funding Approved To Replace Faded Wayfinding Signs

The City Council has approved $45,000 to go toward replacing local tourism wayfinding signs that faded within a year after they were put up. Kim White, who heads the River City Company, said it will raise $66,628 to complete the needed funds for the new signage.
