Jacquelin Marie Scott, 75, of Dalton, Ga., died Saturday night, February 4, 2012 in a Dalton hospital.

Mrs. Scott was born in Rome, Ga. on June 22, 1937, a daughter of the late George Henry and Clarice Everett Johnson; and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Lee Johnson and Michael Henry Johnson.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Scott; daughter, Vicki Marie Scott of Dalton; sons, Robert Van Scott and Michael Lee Scott (Amy Lennette) all of Rome; grandchildren, Johnathan Lee Scott, Christopher Michael Scott and Rebecca Marie Scott; and dogs, B.J., Abbey and Lady.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 8 at 4 p.m, from Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Gary Graves officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Knoll Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Michael Scott, Johnathan Scott, Tracy Rainwater, Ty Snyder, Brad Treglown and Clark McCalla.

Earle Rainwater Funeral Home of Summerville is in charge of arrangements.
