Jimmy Bice, 74, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. 

He was a member of the Guiding Light Community Church. Jimmy was also a member of the Bice Family Ministries where he ministered to many people in several of the area nursing homes. 

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Juanita Bice; children, Frankie Bice, Margaret Powell, Eddie Bice, Barbara York; sisters, Lela Davis, Ruth Myers; several grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a special friend, Evangelist Florida VanZant. 

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 10, 2012, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Reverend Clyde Fox, Reverend Melvin Walker and Reverend Bud Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-9 p.m. on Thursday.
