Fort Oglethorpe Arrest Report For Feb. 3-9

Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Feb. 3-9:

Randy Sweeney, 49, of 1610 McDonald Road, Chattanooga was arrested February 7 on a charge of computer pornography. 

Andy Anchondo, 25, of 619 Colony Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested February 2 on charges of criminal interference with government property and criminal trespass. 

Terri Phillips, 33, of 2159 County Road 159, Flat Rock, Alabama was arrested February 3 on charges of driving with suspended license and failure to dim headlights.
 

David Moore, 34, of 700 West State Line Road, Rossville was arrested February 3 on a probation violation. 

Kelly Davis, 34, of 96 Black Circle, Lafayette was arrested February 4 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions. 

Andrew Hayes, 29, of 117 Second Street, Rossville was arrested February 5 on a charge of driving under the influence of multiple substances. 


Marcus Davis, 51, of 3901 Weldon Drive, East Ridge, TN was arrested February 5 on a charge of public intoxication. 

Jamil Barhoumi, 37, of 315 Wygoda Circle, Chattanooga was arrested February 7 on two charges of deposit account fraud. 

John Steakley, 19, of 4266 Cromwell Road, Chattanooga was arrested February 6 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle. 

Billy Ford, 39, of 2707 East 39th Street, Chattanooga was arrested February 6 on a probation violation. 

Herbert Morel, 44, of 17 Clydesdale Lane, Ringgold was arrested February 6 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding. 

Elizabeth Roach, 20, of 49 Karen Drive, Rossville was arrested February 7 on a charge of shoplifting. 

Angela Webb, 24, of 751 Darwin Lane, Lafayette was arrested February 8 on charges of driving while license suspended and suspended registration. 

Randall Parker, 39, of 7432 South Dent Road, Hixson was arrested February 8 on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Car Shears Off Bottom Of Power Pole; Vehicle Lands On Top

A car went out of control on Highway 27 Tuesday night and wound up shearing off the bottom of a power pole. The vehicle wound up on its top in the incident about 6 p.m. The male driver was going north and was the only occupant of the car. He was taken by ambulance to Erlanger Hospital by Hamilton County EMS. The Soddy Daisy Police Department is investigating. (click for more)

Funding Approved To Replace Faded Wayfinding Signs

The City Council has approved $45,000 to go toward replacing local tourism wayfinding signs that faded within a year after they were put up. Kim White, who heads the River City Company, said it will raise $66,628 to complete the needed funds for the new signage. Baylor Whips Defending Champion Christian Brothers, 10-0
