Passenger Micah Cox Killed In 2-Vehicle Crash On Highway 153

Two vehicles crashed on Highway 153 on Wednesday afternoon and a 17-year-old passenger in one of the vehicles was killed.

The wreck happend about 3:21 p.m.

Police said a blue Suzuki was going north on Highway 153 when a southbound white Honda Accord tried to turn onto Grubb Road and collided with the Suzuki.

Micah Cox, passenger in the Honda, was killed. The Honda's driver, 21-year-old Stephen Cox,  was transported to Erlanger Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Suzuki, 19-year-old Joshua McQuaid, was injured, but declined medical treatment.

It has not yet been determined who was at fault and the investigation is ongoing, police said.

Police have arrested Charles Eric Brown after a GPS pinpointed the location of an expensive stolen box truck and other stolen items at his parents' residence.
