Jay Simms had three hits to lead Chattanooga Christian to a 13-0 win over Lookout Valley on Thursday.
Simms doubled in the third inning and singled in the first and fourth innings, when the Chargers pushed seven runs across.
Logan Phillips pitched a shutout, scattering four hits. CCS had 10 hits on the day.
CCS scored three runs in the first on a two-run single by Simms and a wild pitch.
The Chargers got three more in the third. Jack Bosworth singled home Lance Carter, then Alex Nicely drove in Bosworth and Simms.
In a second game, CCS fell 11-4 to Notre Dame despite two hits from Nicely.
The Irish scored three runs in the first inning and five in the third to put the game out of reach.
