SeniorTech LLC announced its relocation to the Chattanooga/Hamilton County Business Development Center. Officials said, "The new space and expansion will allow SeniorTech to better market and distribute its groundbreaking technology products aimed to help senior citizens have better access to technology."

Vice President Rich Mak said, “2012 has been such an incredibly exciting time for our business and this move signals just another milestone in our amazing story. With the success of the Visikey high visibility keyboard and the Snapfon ez ONE senior cell phone, this move will enable all business operations, including our distribution center and customer service, to remain together under one roof.”
