Schmidt, Spangler Lead State Open Qualifying

Chris Schmidt and Richard Spangler, Jr., led the Tennessee State Open Qualifying on Monday at Council Fire.

Schmidt and Spangler each shot 1-under 71 and qualified for the State Open on May 15-17 at the Gaylord Springs Golf Club in Nashville.

Also qualifying were Tom Schreiner, Brooks Thomas, Alex Ratliff, Gordon Hulgan, Bruce Bowen and Steve Johnson.

McCallie Holding Slim Lead In D-II Track After Field Events
