Lester, Sadie Glenn Wooten (Summerville)

Sadie Glenn Wooten Lester, 72, of Summerville, Ga., died  Tuesday, May 8, 2012. 

She was a member of World Church of the Living God. She was a loving home maker for her family.

Survivors are her husband of 55 years, Elder Robert G. Lester; children, Mrs. Sandra (Vernon) Thurman, Mrs. Gail (Aaron) Adams, Mr. Bobbie Lester, Mr. Robert (Marra) Lester all of Summerville and Mr. Grady (Okista) Terry of Rome; stepchildren, Ms. Candy Dillard of Naples, Fla., Mr. Keith Dillard, Mr. Mike Lester, Mr. Larry (Val) Stamper, Ms. Patricia Stamper of Summerville, and Ms. Bessie Rollins of Chattanooga; sisters-in-law, Ms. Clara Johnson of Trion, Ga. and Ms. Katherine Adams of Summerville; brothers-in-law, Mr. Albert (Vernell) Lester of Augusta, Ga. and Mr. Lee Lester of Chattanooga; 30 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Homegoing Service will be held Saturday, May 12, at 2 p.m. at World Church of the Living God #5, West 7th with Pastor Mose Whitfield and other ministers, officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery. 

The Family will receive friends one hour before the service at Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton who has charge of the arrangements.
