Southside Casual Classics will host Jay Craven:  Melodies from Memorial, on Monday, at 7:30 p.m. at the Camp House, 1427 Williams St.    Easy to find; one block north of Main Street, between Market and Broad; there is street parking and there is a parking lot on the corner of Main and Williams.

Mr. Craven was principal clarinetist of the Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra for over 50 years.  He founded the Chattanooga Clarinet Choir and still plays professionally, but also volunteers his time to play for the patients at Memorial Hospital.  

His Southside Casual Classics concert will feature all styles of music, from classical to jazz to country.  He will also have CD’s available; the proceeds from these will go directly to Memorial Hospital’s “Music from Memorial” program.
