Three members of a Chattanooga family were among four people killed by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 95 near Miami on Sunday morning.
The victims were driver Demetrius Suggs, 28, and passengers Porcsha Suggs-Davis, Mercedes Davis, 7, and Raneisha Powell-McGee, 9.
Raneisha is from Miami and the other three from Chattanooga.
Their vehicle was struck by an SUV driven by Carolyn Ramos of Port St. Lucie going southbound in the northbound lanes 65 miles north of Miami around 2:15 a.m.
Ms. Ramos is in critical condition.
The two vehicles were fused together and caught fire.
A man pulled Ms. Ramos from the flaming vehicle.
