FirstBank Mortgage Partners Relocates Chattanooga Office

Wednesday, May 16, 2012

FirstBank Mortgage Partners announced that it has relocated its Chattanooga operations from Hamilton Place Boulevard to a new building on Shallowford Road. Eight mortgage operations associates have moved into the new space and the team plans to expand in the near future.

For the past four years, the Chattanooga FirstBank Mortgage Partners group has shared space with associates from FirstBank’s Hamilton Place branch. This move gives the FirstBank Mortgage Partners associates the room they need to grow the Chattanooga branch into a full-scale loan production office.

“We are excited about giving the mortgage team an improved environment for current operations and future growth,” said Don Holsinger, president of FirstBank Mortgage Partners. “This is a win-win for both the mortgage team and the Hamilton Place team.”

The new address for the Chattanooga branch of FirstBank Mortgage Partners is 6131 Shallowford Road, Suite 102, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.
