Mary Margaret “Dubie” Hale Sloan, 86,of South Pittsburg, Tn., died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy “Sammy” Sloan; parents, David Franklin and Winnie Hale; and an infant daughter, Susan Elizabeth.

She is survived by her daughter, Sue Ellen Sloan Carlton of Washington, D.C. and South Pittsburg.

Graveside services were conducted from Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, May 16.
