Marriott International, Inc. is scheduled to open the 116-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Cameron Harbor next Thursday.

Located at 495 Riverfront Parkway behind the old Gilman Paint, the SpringHill Suites Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by 3H Group Hotels.

For its contributions in making the environment a healthier place by recycling and reducing waste, conserving energy and water, the hotel is Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.

Located on the banks of the Tennessee River with direct access to the Riverwalk, the SpringHill Suites Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor is in close proximity to the Tennessee Aquarium/IMAX Theatre, Ruby Falls/Rock City, the Creative Discovery Museum, the Hunter Museum and the Southern Belle Riverboat Cruise, officials noted.
