Porcsha Suggs, 26, of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, May 13, 2012, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Martin County, Florida.
She was joined in death by her husband, Demetrius Suggs; daughter, Mercydes Davis; and stepdaughter, Rannisha Powell.
She was employed by MIG Wire & Tube, LLC.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Sussie Durham.
Survivors include her mother, Amanda (Emile Baltimore) Davis of Charleston, W.V.; father, Albert Davis of Knoxville; grandparents, Annie P. Hannah and Mary Davis both of Knoxville; brother, Cornelius Cutler of Knoxville; sisters, Latoya McComb of Huntsville, Ala., and Brittany Davis of Knoxville; uncles, Arthur Richardson of Miami, Fla., Leroy Middleton of Spotsyvania, Va., Terrance Brown of Knoxville and Willie Gilbert of Pennsylvania; aunts, Tabitha Brown of Miami and Betty Gilbert of Bristol, Pa.; niece, Mikayla Cowan; cousins, Courtney Jackson, Dyamond Davis; mother-in-law, Alice Harris (Curtis) Suggs; father-in-law, Claude (Vickie) Brewer, both of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives; special friends of the family, Rosa and Bud Pascal, Mildred Taylor, Sandra and Courtney Bynam, Patrick Morran and family and many others.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 19, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Walter L. Hambrick as the eulogist.
