Wanda Priest Pritchard, 70, of Cleveland, Tn., died Wednesday, May 16, 2012 in a local hospital.
She was a member of Old Pathway Baptist Church. She was employed with M&M Mars for three years.
Mrs. Pritchard was the daughter of the late George Priest and Stella Scoggins Priest; and was also preceded in death by her three sons, Ricky Pritchard, Mark Pritchard and Ronald Pritchard; two brothers, George Priest and Jesse Priest; and two sisters, Helen Phillips and Lois Ingle.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Roy Pritchard, Jr. of Cleveland; two children, Bobbie Sue Beckman of Enterprise, Ala. and Roy Lee Pritchard, III of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Christine Richard of Denver, Mark Beckman of Enterprise, Ala., Roy Lee Pritchard, IV of Cleveland, Amanda Northrup of Cleveland and Aron Pritchard of Cleveland; and one sister, Bobbie Sue Payne of Cleveland.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Harold Cooper, Reverend William Curtis and Reverend Ray Cooper officiating. Interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 21, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Pallbearers will be Aron Pritchard, Lee Pritchard, Mark Beckman, Bobby Northrup, Jerry Beavers, and Elijah Phillips. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Pritchard and Jeremiah Pritchard.
Her family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 18 at the Ralph Buckner Funeral Home who has charge of the arrangements.
