Clara Joan Ott, 76, of Lookout Valley, died on Friday, May 18, 2012 in a local health care facility.

She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and attended the United Church of God. Ms. Ott was retired from the CVS in Lookout Valley following 15 years of service, was a former member of the Eastern Star and loved working in her flower garden.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Agnes Wall, and sister, Barbara Hall.

She is survived by her children, Michael Lynn (Diane) Ott, of Chattanooga, Randall Wesley (Sherry) Ott, Vidalia, Ga., Tina (John) Rogers, Chattanooga, Lorna Croft, Chattanooga, and Bradley (Frances) Ott, Chickamauga; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 21, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Don Taylor and Shawn Chappa officiating.  Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
