T-Ran Gilbert Wraps Up West Coast Media Tour

Chattanooga-based recording artist T-Ran Gilbert hit the West Coast for the first time on a media tour May 16-24 that included stops in nine cities, three shows and an interview at the Trinity Broadcasting Network.  T-Ran was interviewed at TBN by rapper/host T-Bone for the “TX10 Countdown,” to be aired on JCTV.

T-Ran’s shows included a performance at the 6th Annual Million Mothers March in Pomona, CA, an event dedicated to mothers who have lost children and family members to accidents, illness and violence.


 
T-Ran Gilbert returned to the East Coast with several shows, including the Worship Encounter 2012 on Friday in Cleveland, Tn.; and the upcoming Northwest Georgia Spring Festival on May 31 in Lafayette, GA; and Raise The Praise Festival on June 2 in Portland, Tn.  He will also head to the Midwest on June 3 for the launch of the Global Christian TV Network from Detroit.

During the global concert, T-Ran Gilbert will be one of several individuals honored by the National Coalition of Women in Ministry with their Men of Mordecai Award, which recognizes men “support women in leadership and ministry in the community.”

Woman Found Dead On Lovell Road; Police Looking For Terry Releford

A woman was found dead on Sunday morning at 8912 Lovell Road, and police are seeking a "person of interest" in the case. Deputies responded to that location at approximately 8 a.m. on a suspicious death. On arrival "deputies found a dead female in her 30s deceased from an apparent homicide."
