Lillian Marie Alexander Drummond, 97, of Summerville, Georgia, died on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Drummond was born March 26, 1915 in Euharlee, Ga., the daughter of the late Lobrene and Lillie Bailey. She was a homemaker and she attended New Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Drummond was the last survivor of 12 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Jackie Drummond; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 2, at Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David Pettyjohn and Reverend Donnie Carver officiating. Interment will be at the Tennessee/Georgia Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Terry Shores, Ted Deberry, Tim Deberry, Dustin Long, Claude Huskey, and Harold Helton. Honorary pallbearers will be all members of the Men’s Sunday School Class of New Antioch Baptist Church.
Mrs. Drummond will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from noon on Saturday until the service hour.
