Dr. Standridge Speaks At The CHEO Meeting May 20

Dr. John Standridge, MD, FAAFP, FASAM, owner and founder Personal Medicine LLC & Personal Wellness, will be the guest speaker at the CHEO meeting on Sunday, May 20.  The meeting will be held at 2 p.m. at Eastgate Mall in the Community Conference Room.

Dr. Standridge will discuss how to improve personal health and the health of the community, the health of the nation, and the health of the planet. During the talk, Dr. Standridge of Personal Medicine will discuss how he works with people of all levels of health to help them be even healthier in mind, body and spirit. 

Demonstrations will be provided by the team members from Personal Wellness to show how optimal nutrition, massage, Reiki, and Zumba contribute to the effort to improve health.
