David Crockett To Address May 17 CTP Monthly Meeting

David Crockett, director of Chattanooga’s Office of Sustainability, will address his office’s mission at Chattanooga Tea Party’s monthly meeting May 17 at 6:30 p.m.
917969); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; ">The meeting will take place at the Century Club Banquet Hall, 3221 Harrison Pike (off Access Road, just south of the Highway 153-Amnicola Highway intersection, next to The Lighting Gallery).
Mr. Crockett was selected by Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield to lead the newly-created Office of Sustainability in December 2009. He previously served on the city council for 11 years, representing District 3. Mr. Crockett is a longtime supporter of sustainability and environmentalism, having attended the United Nation’s 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
