Harvested Here Restaurant Week Is May 14-20

Chattanooga’s upcoming Harvested Here Restaurant Week, sponsored by Gaining Ground, will begin May 14 and continue through May 20. Restaurants participating in the spring edition of Harvested Here Restaurant Week will create special menus, at a great price, that highlight local ingredients. Harvested Here Restaurant Week showcases a variety of restaurants all committed to sourcing locally grown and raised ingredients from farms within 100 miles of Chattanooga.

Daniel Lindley, chef and owner of St. John's Restaurant, Meeting Place and Alleia, said he is thrilled to participate in Harvested Here Restaurant Week again this year. “Each restaurant is unique in concept, but all carry the common agenda and passion of utilizing and promoting quality, local food products,” he said. “The attention Gaining Ground brings to Chattanooga's Restaurant Week is a wonderful way to boost this agenda.”
