2nd Missionary Baptist Hosts Father/Son Luncheon

Second Missionary Baptist Church will host a father/son luncheon, titled "Together We Stand Boys With Men" on Saturday, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

The event will feature:

This Is My Story Brother - Dank Hawkins, Director Eastdale Recreation Center 
Youth Fashion Show - Kappa League Of Chattanooga 
How To Tie A Bow Tie - Brother LaFredrick Thirkill, principal, Ochard Knob Elementray School

Lunch will be from 1:30-2 p.m. The church is at 2305 East Third Street, 624-9097, and Paul A. McDaniel is the pastor. 

Minister Frank Jones is chairman, and Minister Lee Roy Stewart is vice chairman.



Bridge Christian Church Hosts Movies In The Park At Dark

Police said a Highland Park woman helped crack a mystery about a rash of recent gasoline thefts involving the cutting of expensive gas lines.
