Thomas Ardell Dunn, 85, of Ringgold, Georgia, died on Monday, June 11, 2012, in a local hospital.
He was a native of Chattanooga and had lived in Dade County, Fla., for more than 50 years before moving to Ringgold 25 years ago.
Mr. Dunn was a member of Brainerd United Methodist Church where he attended the Friendship Class. He was a member of the Masons and Shriners.
Mr. Dunn was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Hussey.
Survivors are his loving wife of 22 years, Phyllis Cline Dunn; daughters, Brenda Casey, Silver Creek, Ga., Sherry Novack, Florida; ten grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his nephew, Mike Jones.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, at Brainerd United Methodist Church, McFerrin Chapel, with Reverend Dennis Flaugher and Reverend Genevieve DeHoog officiating. Burial will be private.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Friendship Class.
