Wanda Dawn Proctor, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Monday, June 11, 2012, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Walker County and member of Shields Baptist Church in Chickamauga. Mrs. Proctor was a 1969 graduate of Rossville High School. She was a devoted pastor’s wife, loving mother and devoted grandmother.
Mrs. Proctor was preceded in death by father, Harold T. Foster and a brother, Dale Foster.
Survivors are her loving husband of 42 years, Rev. Bill Proctor; daughters, Angie (Marty) Phillips, Rock Spring, Ga., Victoria Lynn Proctor, Rossville; brother, Gene (Carolyn) Foster, Rossville; two sisters, Marilyn (Lindsey) Knight, New Bern, North Carolina, Gay (Floyd) Amburn, Hixson; devoted cousin, Elaine Proctor; was a devoted Mamaw to Haley and Leigh Anne Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at noon on Thursday, June 14, in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South, with Reverend Bill Proctor and Reverend Bobby Ballew officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be area pastors.
